Frequently asked questions
Insurance contributions can be paid monthly or annually, according to your preference.
Homes with monolithic, panel or prefabricated construction can be insured.
This is not necessary, you can also take out insurance for a third party property.

The reference code is a referral code provided by an employee of the bank who assists you in taking out the insurance.
Upon occurrence of an insured event, you can notify the Insurer at tel: 0700 13 014, via www.allianz.bg or at any of its structural units. After submitting the claim, you receive a personalised link to Claims Tracker, through which you can monitor its status in real time 24/7.
The insurance compensation is paid within 15 working days after submission of all required documents needed to establish the event and the amount of the damage.
The damage must be notified within 3 working days of becoming aware of such.
For the risk of "Theft of household electronics and electrical appliances", the period is up to 25 hours, and if it expires on a non-working day – by the end of the first working day.
Under the Civil Liability coverage, the notification is within 7 working days of becoming aware of a possible or occurring event or a claim.
The insurer accepts and registers the notification of damage immediately, provides notification about the necessary documents and organises a inspection within a short time after receiving them.
