In the mobile banking app, Bulbank Mobile, customers now can:
- Open an account or request the issuing of a new debit card entirely by using the remote service, directly from their mobile phone;
- The customers of the bank can monitor their investments and request the opening of a new Savings Plan;
- The users of the service can fully independently activate their mobile banking in case of a forgotten PIN or in case they change their mobile phone – the process is fully automated and the activation takes only a few minutes.

We continue developing our digital channels and our remote services, which have always been a great focus in the strategy of the bank, and now they are even more present than ever.
