Winners were chosen from entries evaluated by a world-class panel of judges at Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing. The following criteria were used to determine the best digital bank: assessment of the strategy of the financial institution for attracting digital customers and indicators for its successful implementation, success in getting more clients to use digital offerings, growth of digital customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from digital initiatives, etc.
Innovation and digitalization in favor of client are the main priority of UniCredit Bulbank. In the conditions of COVID-19 the bank transferred to its Call Center the service processes and today over 80% of the bank's services for individual clients are available by phone.
