The health and well-being of employees and customers is UniCredit Bulbank’s top priority.

The Bank strengthens the presence of its employees and gradually extends the working hours of its branches, returning to the usual rhythm of customer service. Almost all locations of the bank, closed during the state of emergency, will resume operations as of 18 May. Some of the branches will restore also the extended working hours on Saturday.

In order to ensure the highest level of safety for you and our employees, UniCredit Bulbank will continue to apply all protection measures observed so far. You can be sure that we have done everything necessary to provide you with a safe environment in our branches, which we will continue to disinfect additionally every day during the lunch break (from 13:00 to 13:30).

Our recommendation to you, in order to protect each other, is to observe the distance of two meters from everyone in the branch and to continue to use masks or other means of protection.
