Mario Collari started his career in UniCredit Group in 2005, after ten years in management consulting and two years as head of Organization of BNL - BNP Paribas, in Rome.

In the last 15 years in UniCredit he held different managerial responsibilities for IT, Organization, Banking Operations and Security, both as line manager - in UniCredit Bank Pekao and in UniCredit Services - and at Holding level, in Italy and CEE. In the last four years he has been responsible for IT and Organization for the CEE Region, contributing to the successful definition and execution of the strategic cross-country projects of the strategic plans Transform 2019 and Team23.

He has a degree in Electronic Engineering, and completed an Advanced Business Management Program at the Kellogg’s Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, US.
