• The loans will be disbursed under an easy application procedure;
• Since the beginning of this year, UniCredit Bulbank has financed small businesses with 180 million
By the end of 2010, UniCredit Bulbank will support small enterprises by means of loans totaling BGN 50 million under an easier and faster application procedure. The amount will be allocated in working capital loans for new customers, as well as for support to projects of current customers of the bank. „This financial resource will be provided to UniCredit’s customers at the best market conditions, as it is part of received credit lines from the Council of Europe and the European Investment Bank, specifically intended for supporting business”, explained Ekaterina Kirilova, director of the Affluent and Business Clients structural unit at UniCredit Bulbank. The interests are determined individually depending on the respective projects and customers.
„We are starting this campaign for the small business companies, because we want to provide them with additional opportunities for making use of the intensive activity, which characterizes the period until the end of the year, notwithstanding that the impact of the global financial crisis is still palpable”, explained Kirilova.
In addition, another BGN 6 million from UniCredit Leasing has been envisaged for new leasing deals.
In spite of the global crisis, which has also affected Bulgaria, UniCredit Bulbank never stopped supporting its customers and partners – since the beginning of this year, the bank has provided new loans worth over BGN 180 million to small businesses (companies with a turnover up to BGN 3 million per year).
In view of making the process of financing the bank’s loyal clients easier, a procedure is introduced for preliminary approved renewal of working capital loans, expiring until the end of 2009.
