Specialized loans cover the whole range of clients needs – from project development to its implementation and grant financing
UniCredit Bulbank offers new specialized loans for projects approved in accordance to the operative EU programs.
The loans are appropriate for companies authorized for grant financing by EU.
The UniCredit Bulbank’s experience shows that one of the main challenges for the companies with good projects is the shortage of the resources for the high quality implementation within the period appointed for the relevant programs. The project implementation is exactly that much important for EU financial granting as well as preliminary approval.
Two new opportunities
In order to support the EU projects the bank offers specialized investment loan at the amount of up to 90% of the total project expenses. Depending on the client’s needs there are possibilities for one-off or in installments loan disbursement. The loan is granted for 10 years period and there is a grace period up to 12 mounts. The interest rate is negotiable.
The bank offers as well a specialized loan, which grants consultancy expenses for the project development to apply for EU granting. The loan amount is up to 30 000 EUR or its equivalence in BGN. The loan could cover up to 100% of the expenses to the consultancy company.
Both loans are developed in accordance to the requirement that the EU granting recipient should implement the project by the company’s own resources or by loan from a financial institution and afterwards this amount will be retrieved, which is the respective financial granting.

The EU reveals great opportunities for the Bulgarian business and UniCredit Bulbank is ready to support it. The general financial frame of the EU, appointed in the Operative programs for the next five years is 6,674 billion euro. In the agricultural sector for the period will be given 2,609 billion euro.
