UniCredit Bulbank launches credit cards Visa Classic, Visa Gold, MasterCard Standard and MasterCard Gold with improved terms. The Bank rolls out promotion during the “Italian Beauty Fair” (Festival Italiano della Belleza), which is held till the end of the week in Plovdiv. The promotion is valid for all visitors of the fair, who can apply for their new credit card in the bank branches till the end of April 2008 with a special talon, distributed on the fair

The newly issued cards are exempt of the annual fee for the first year. In addition, all current and future cardholders of the Bank are exempt of fees for shopping not only in Bulgaria but also abroad and in internet. Credit cards of UniCredit Bulbank can also be used to pay for public utilities and to make other regular payments.

All credit cards of UniCredit Bulbank are with a chip, which provides the highest protection in usage. SMS notification for every card transaction is an additional service. Every cardholder also receives absolutely free international insurance “Traveling abroad” from AIG. In addition, UniCredit Bulbank and AIG offer insurance “Protected portfolio”. It covers card loss or theft, as well as insures the purchased with the card goods and other personal belongings.

Credit cards, issued by UniCredit Bulbank during the “Italian Beauty Fair”, are valid for 5 years and the monthly interest rate after expiring of the 45-days grace period is 1.2%
