UniCredit Bulbank facilitates First-time home buyers

News

• UCB’s interests under new mortgage loans are among the lowest on the market and most suitable for young families;

• One free-of-charge installment granted by UCB to good payers;

• Even before choosing a home customers will learn what financing to expect.

UniCredir Bulbank facilitates its customers who are first-time home buyers. From today until the end of April the largest bank in this country will offer its loans at preferential conditions – some of the lowest interests on the market, encouraging good payers by refunding installments, lower standard fee for early repayment with own funds and other. The product is very suitable for young families.

UniCredit Bulbank releases the competitive offer at a crucial moment when according to bank’s experts the mortgage market shows recovery signals.

Favourable interests

The interest levels at which UniCredit Bulbank will offer its mortgage loans, start from 6% p.a. for the first year.

First-time home buyers can choose between two repayment schedule options. The specific example for EUR loan for a period above 10 years is as follows:

• I option – payment of 6.15% floating interest during the first year and 8.15% floating interest for the remaining period;

• II option – payment of 7.75% p.a. floating interest for the whole period of the loan*.

Good payers pay less

During the three-month period of offering mortgage loans at preferential conditions UniCredit Bulbank will charge an early repayment fee of 1% from the outstanding amount.

Considerable relief for the customers paying their loan regularly is that the Bank will refund the 13-th installment in full, if the previous 12 have been repaid accurately.

Additional advantage for the customers of UniCredit Bulbank is the special program “Share and Save”. Every borrower having brought a new customer that utilizes a loan, may save up to one interest payment. There is no restriction of the number of customers attracted by existing customers.

However, an interesting novelty to facilitate UCB customers when choosing a new home, is, that every customer, even before applying for a loan and submitting any document will know on what financing he/she can rely from the Bank.

“Preliminary” amount of the loan

Even before choosing a home and having to prepare any documents, customers can check with the Bank the amount of the loan on which they can rely. The Bank assumes the commitment in the forthcoming six months to finance the purchase of the home with the promised preliminary amount. In this way the future new home buyers know in advance what budget they will have and will be facilitated in the negotiations with the seller of the home. In order to learn what amount they will have at their disposal, customers can fill in a special form in each branch of the Bank. If the information in the form are truthful and the specified downpayment is observed by the customer he/she can rest assured that the promised financing will be provided.

“UniCredit Bulbank shows its support to its customers even in the most difficult days of the crisis. Now we see that the real estate market offers some indeed excellent possibilities for acquisition of a new home and we want once again to help our customers strike a good deal – availing themselves of the comparatively lower prices and at the same time some of the most beneficial mortgage loan interests at the moment”, explained Ekaterina Kirilova, Head of Marketing and Market Segments Division in UniCredit Bulbank.
