The present letter of notice is prepared in conformity with the conditions of the Framework Agreement for Payment services concluded with UniCredit Bulbank AD in its capacity of provider of payment services and in particular with the established in the agreement conditions, according to which the selfsame could be changed.

In your capacity of user of payment services with the receipt of the present notice letter you are bounded with the changes to this framework agreement and if in writing you fail to notify the Bank that you do not accept the offered conditions, which notification will be accepted as exercise of your right to terminate the framework agreement before the changes enter into force.
