Over one million active Bulgarians will take a benefit from the new working time

The largest bank in Bulgaria UniCredit Bulbank extends the working time of over 40 branches and offices in the whole country. From the 7th of February the clients will be served with an hour and a half longer every weekday as well as on Saturday. From the improved service will gain over one million Bulgarians, already chosen to work with UniCredit Bulbank.

„UniCredit Bulbank’s clients are active, dynamic, working people, over loaded during the day. We take into consideration that they are busy during the bank’s normal working time. According to our researches over 60% of the clients highly appreciate the flexibility of their bank. The extended working time of the branches will give to its clients the opportunity to get high quality service in the convenient time, explains Lyubomir Punchev, Head of Retail banking Division of UniCredit Bulbank.

The extended working time:

• from 8 am tо 7.30 pm from Monday to Friday

• from 10 am tо 6 pm on Saturday

The extended working time is part of the active policy of UniCredit Bulbank with a main focus on the clients satisfaction.
