UniCredit Bulbank will replenish regularly all its 634 ATMs in the whole country during the forthcoming four non-business days. The Bank has created appropriate organization so that its ATMs will have sufficient funds during the holidays, when a greater number of transactions is expected.

If necessary, the ATMs will be replenished with additional funds. The serviceability of the ATMs will be checked and if necessary any technical problems will be solved too.

In one year the Bank has increased the number of its ATMs in Bulgaria by 17%.

UniCredit Bulbank reminds all its cardholders that withdrawing of cash at its ATMs is free-of-charge – both in the country and abroad. All 634 ATMs will be available for transfers of money from one account to another, as well as for regular payments to a growing number of merchants and utility companies such as Toplofikatsia (central heating), Vodosnabdiavane (water supply), the power supply companies, mobile operators, etc.

In case of blocking of a bank card or other problems related to the use of an ATM of the Bank, customers may use the phone numbers of our operators on duty: 02/933 72 12, 0887 232 232 or 0894 500 000. The telephone numbers are written on all ATMs of UniCredit Bulbank as well.

On Saturday, 14 April, which is not a business day, 55 branches in 25 towns will be open from until 13 hrs for the convenience of UCB’s customers.
