UniCredit Bulbank has provided 15% more loans to the corporate sector in Veliko Tarnovo since the beginning of 2009 compared to last year reaching BGN 100 mio at the end of September 2009. UCB’s retail banking for individuals and small companies in Veliko Tarnovo reported loan growth of 25% p.a. and maintaining the deposit levels. The total number of individual customers and companies exceeds 26,000. In the field of retail banking loans were provided for around BGN 68 mio and attracted deposits of around BGN 60 mio.

This information was announced by UCB’s CEO Levon Hampartsumian during the inauguration of the fully renovated branch in the Bank of Bulgaria’s old capital with around two hundred partners and customers of the bank from the region.

The renovated building of UniCredit Bulbank makes possible servicing in one branch of bank customer from the full spectrum of the economy in the city – individuals, micro companies and SMEs, corporate and key clients. The full range of bank products is offered - lending, deposits, payments, card services, e-banking, security and FX transactions, public vault, leasing, factoring, etc.

For convenience of the customers the branch has prolonged business hours: from 8.00 to 19.00 Monday to Friday and from 10.00 to 14.00 on Saturday.
