Vertigo Building will spread over 14 thousand sq.m. and will impress with its architecture

UniCredit Bulbank finances the building of a modern 17-storey business complex. The project called Vertigo Building is for more than EUR 30 million. Investor of the business complex to be located in Bulgaria blvd in Sofia is Casa Shick.

Vertigo Building will spread over 14 thousand sq.m. and will impress with its architecture by the famous architect Raimondo Flacomio. The complex will be a multi-purpose business center, combining offices and modern commercial areas. Both the exterior design and the interior space will meet the highest international standards. Open and closed parking lots for some 350 vehicles are also part of the design. One fifth of Vertigo’s area will be devoted to modern boutiques and restaurants which will be located on the first floor. The other 16 floors or 80 percent of the area of the complex will be offices.

Casa Shick intends to build the complex in 28 months and to open it officially in the beginning of 2011.

UniCredit Bulbank is partner of Vertigo’s investors since the beginning of the project – the bank has consulted the company in buying the land, the preliminary calculations of costs and project financing.
