Through the JEREMIE initiative the companies can also receive financing for ERP solutions

UniCredit Bulbank finances up to 90% from the costs for investment in ERP business management systems, which are implemented in accordance with an approved project under the European Union programs. This opportunity for financing innovative investments was presented by Daniel Enchev, manager of European Funds Section in UniCredit Bulbank during the National Conference entitled “ERP problems and solutions”. The loan may be disbursed for a period of up to 120 months with a grace period of up to 12 months. The currency of the loan may be BGN or EUR.

If the beneficiary wants to use an advance payment under the project UniCredit Bulbank can provide a bank guarantee amounting up to 50% from the grant aid.

Thanks to the joint initiative of UniCredit Bulbank and the National Guarantee Fund the beneficiaries under the EU programs can also benefit from relieved requirements for collateral of the loans and the bank guarantees for advanced payments.

For financing of advisory works related to the development of their project proposals the clients of UniCredit Bulbank have the opportunity to use financing of up to 100% from the costs, but not more than EUR 30,000. The Bank offers a grace period of up to 6 months and term of the loan of up to 24 months.

The companies which do not have an approved project under an EU program can apply for financing of ERP under the preferential conditions of the JEREMIE initiative. With it the companies provide a collateral amounting to not more than 50% of the requested loan and receive a discount of the interest levels. At the initiative of JEREMIE the European Investment Fund ensures 80% of the admissible loan, whereby the companies do not pay a fee for the obtained guarantee. The loans under JEREMIE are provided for a period of 12 - 72 months.

“The JEREMIE Program is very suitable for financial innovative investments due to the improved collateralization of the loan with the guarantee received by the borrowers“, Mr. Enchev said.
