UniCredit Leasing, a company of Bulbank, introduced the simplified procedure for analysis and evaluation of the leasing applications. The company will process and reply to the applications amounting up to 20 000 within 24 hours after filling all needed documents.

The new procedure will refer to all financial leasing products the company offers. Since end of April 2004 UniCredit Leasing offers financing of newly purchased or used up cars for retail customers. By that time the product was offered only the corporate clients. The maximum term of the leasing period is 5 years and the reply to the application is up to 24 hours after all needed documents are submitted.

The leasing products of UniCredit Leasing are offered through the branch network of Bulbank in Bulgaria.

Bulbank signed the contact for purchase of 100% of the shares of UniLeasing OOD as of mid February 2004 and named the company UniCredit Leasing Bulgaria, fully owned by Bulbank. The main advantages UniCredit Leasing offers the clients are the opportunity to have needed equipment with low initial investment, without collateral and re-scheduling VAT payments for the whole period plus preferential insurance conditions. Depending upon the type of the equipment that client would like to have, the leasing period may vary from one to five years.
