UniCredit Bulbank’s customers will create by themselves their own individual combination of products and services

With Modula customers receive a discount of up to 40% from the price for the financial services they use

UniCredit Bulbank starts offering an innovative product – Modula. It enables customers to choose by themselves their own individual combination of products and services based on their real needs.

The particular advantage of the new concept is the fact that customers pay an overall monthly fee corresponding to the products and services which actually use. Based on the selected combination the customer receives a discount. The more products and services are included, the higher the discount which the bank offers.

“The practice typically used on the market and in UniCredit Bulbank so far has been to offer in advance a specific and fixed combination of products and services. A specific fee is paid for this package regardless of the products which are actually used. With this new offer we provide our customers with the opportunity to “modulate” by themselves their own configuration of products and services and at the same time to receive a discount from the end price of the selected combination,” explains Ekaterina Panayotova, Head of Marketing and Segements at UniCredit Bulbank. For specific combinations the discount from the fee may be as high as 40%.

“Traditional bank surveys show that customers desire to define by themselves the combination of products which they need. This is precisely the message of “Modula” – “Do it Yourself,” adds Panayotova.

As an innovative approach to offering products on the banking market in Bulgaria, the Modula tool was presented for the first time in the recently opened and one-of-its-kind Branch of the Future in Business Park Sofia. Since the beginning of April the Modula tool will be offered in all the branches of UniCredit Bulbank.
