• The Bank launches a new information service – “Infodirect”
UniCredit Bulbank’s clients now can monitor every movement on their accounts on-line by receiving from the Bank sms or e-mail messages. The service is called “Infodirect” and in addition to the balance on the accounts enables the clients to receive periodic statements for movements for a selected period – day, week or month in a convenient for processing excel format.
The service is free of a monthly fee for individuals, and the clients pay only for the price of the sms sent to them. The companies which receive information by e-mail, pay for the service a monthly fee and the sms-s are again charged per number of sent messages.
The service is automatic and no specialized site – entry of user names and passwords, is necessary. The service is available for all customer accounts opened in BGN and foreign exchange – current accounts, deposit accounts, card accounts, package accounts, etc. The clients can subscribe for the service in the branches of the bank.
“With this service our clients will receive immediate information on their phones and smart phones and will improve considerably their communication with the Bank. The service is automatic, the clients do not have to remember user names or passwords, or to use a specialized site or applications,” said Tsvetanka Mincheva, Deputy Head of Retail Banking of UniCredit Bulbank.
Infodirect Service is available both for individuals and for business clients.
