Graziano Cameli, Claudio Cesario and Maria-Elisabeth Söchstl-Kugler are the new members of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank. They were elected today at the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting

* Graziano Cameli is a Head of CEE Retail and Private banking. He started his career in UniCredit Group at the end of 2005 as Head of Planning and Control at Banca di Roma.

* Claudio Cesario is a Head of CEE Strategy Planning and Control. His main responsibilities include budget process planning, monitoring the performance of CEE banks, market positioning, risk management, etc.

* Maria-Elisabeth Söchstl-Kugler is a Head CEE Risk Policies, Guidelines and Minitoring. In the course of her career, she has headed the Basel II Compliance unit of Bank Austria-Group, the Credit Risk Methods and Instruments unit and has also been program manager for the IRB roll out in CEE, to name but a few of her previous positions.

The new members of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank substitute Elena Goitini, Marco Ianacone and Thoman Gross.
