From 21 June 2012, on the grounds of a decision of the General Shareholders’ Meeting of UniCredit Bulbank AD, held on 10 May 2012, the payment of dividends for the reporting year 2011 starts.

For individuals-shareholders, the payment can be received in any branch of the Bank.

For shareholders that are legal entities, the payment will be made on account, after submitting by the shareholders of an ordering letter addressed to the Bank, signed by the company’s representatives and indicating the respective account.

Foreign individuals, shareholders of the Bank, need to send a query for the way of payment to the e-mail address of the Bank: QSAVojDsfejuHspvq/Ch
