Dear Clients,
The deadline for new registration of the merchants and of the foreign persons and cooperatives’ branches with the Registration Agency as established in § 5, para. 1 and 2 from the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on the Commercial Register expires on December 31, 2011.
In connection with the above we would like to remind the clients of the Bank having the above status which have not performed the new registration yet that they must undertake the actions for new registration required by the law.
After January 1, 2012, in compliance with the above provisions of the Law on the Commercial Register, the Bank will not accept or perform orders from clients having the above status which have not made a new registration with the Registration Agency, connected with disposal actions of transactions to which they are a party.
