* Deadline for depositing of orders for execution under SEBRA – until 22.12.2008 /end of the business day/

* Deadline for initiating of order for direct debiting from accounts of budget enterprises, subject to reconciliation to zero balance – until 22.12.2008/end of the business day/

ALL ORDERS ENTERED AFTER THIS TERM ARE TO BE PROCESSED IN 2009.

23.12.2008 – Normal working hours for all Bank branches (included for those with extended working hours), except for the following operations:

* Acceptance of orders for issue of bank guarantees in BGN and foreign currency with beneficiaries in the country with request for execution within 2008 - until 12.00 o’clock.

* Acceptance of orders for issue of letters of credit and bank guarantees to foreign countries with request for execution within 2008 - until 10.00 a.m.

ALL ORDERS ENTERED AFTER THIS TERM ARE TO BE PROCESSED IN 2009.

30.12.2008 - Normal working hours for all Bank branches (included for those with extended working hours), except for the following operations:

* Installments and withdrawals on own accounts - until 12.30 a.m.

* Acceptance of written payment documents, including cash transfers in BGN - until 12.30 a.m.

* Acceptance of payment orders for issue of cheques in foreign currency with request for debiting the Customer’s account within 2008 - until 10.00 a.m.

* Acceptance of payment orders for foreign currency transfers with request for debiting the Customer’s account within 2008 – until 2.30 p.m. for standard/ until 3.00 p.m. for urgent processing

* Booking within the day on Customer’s accounts of the incoming foreign currency transfers with value date 30.12.2008 - in case those have entered in the Bank until 2.00 p.m.

* Acceptance of orders for securities transactions – until 10.30 a.m.

* Processing of orders on operations for purchase or sale of foreign currency – until 12.30 a.m.

* Acceptance of payment documents and execution of internal banking and outgoing transfers to accounts of budget entities – until 12.30 a.m.

* Payment orders and transfers, initiated via e-banking:

- to BISERA - until 1.30 p.m.

- to RINGS - until 2.15 p.m.

- internal banking transfers - until 7.00 p.m..

- Internal banking transfers under repayment accounts of credit cards – until 3.00 p.m.

- Orders of foreign currency transfers with credit date of value before 05.01.2009 – until 12.00 a.m.

- Processing of orders on operations for purchase-sale of foreign currency – until 12.30 a.m.

ALL ORDERS ENTERED AFTER THIS TERM ARE TO BE PROCESSED IN 2009.
