The allocated, subscribed and paid shares in the Offering were 4 580 620 shares at issue price of BGN 13.50 per share. The received sum from the increased capital and distributed shares stood at BGN 61 838 370. The expenses paid up to now in regard with the public offering amount to BGN 2 501 965.

It is expected the emission to be inscribed in the Commercial Court Register, the register of Financial Supervision Commission and the registration of the shares for trade at Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia.
