On Friday, 20.04.2007 the share allocation of the “Kaolin AD” IPO has been successfully completed. The uniform share price was set at 13.50lv per share in accordance with the Prospectus published on the web site of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The company’s capital will be increased by 4 580 620 shares.
