The subscription of up to 3 900 000 shares from the capital increase of CBA Asset Management started at 9.00 a.m. on 14 November 2007 and was closed at 5.00 p.m. on 16 November 2007.

As a result of the book building process in the public offering 3 900 000 new shares were allocated with a price per share of BGN 3.70. The majority shareholders of CBA Asset Management will not distribute existing shares of the company.

The allocation of the offered shares is in an approximate proportion 80% for institutional investors and 20% for non-institutional investors.

UniCredit Bulbank will inform the individuals and legal entities that have submitted orders for the allocated to them shares until the end of the business day on 20 November 2007, as the Investment Intermediaries that have submitted orders on behalf of their clients should inform them respectively. The payment of the allocated shares should be effected at the latest on Thursday, 22 November 2007 in the capital account of CBA Asset Management opened with UniCredit Bulbank:
