The subscription of the shares from the capital increase of SPARKY ELTOS ended successfully as the subscribed and paid shares were 2 735 320 and the total amount raised was BGN 43 765 120 with issue value per share of BGN 16. The subscription of the shares from the capital increase of the company started on 18 October 2007 and ended on 26 November 2007.

The Issuer has already filed an application for registration of the new shares in the Trade register of the Lovetch Regional Court. Following the entering of the new shares into the Trade register, Central Depository and Financial Supervision Commission an application for the registration for trade of the new shares at the Official Market of Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia will be filed. The new shares will be traded together with the existing shares of the company under Stock Exchange ticker ELTOS.
