Plamen Minev becomes CEO of UniCredit Leasing

Plamen Minev, Chief Business Officer of UniCredit Leasing, is appointed also CEO of the leasing company.

Until court registration the CEO is authorized to represent the local leasing companies of the Group.

Stanislav Tanushev and Metodi Tachev, till now members of the Management Board, take up new challenges outside the company. The corresponding accouchement regarding successors and the new setup of the overall Management Board at UniCredit Leasing Bulgaria will follow in due course. “We thank Mr. Tanushev and Mr. Tachev for their efforts”, said Alexander Schmidecker, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Leasing.

Short CV of Plamen Minev:

Mr. Plamen Minev, 48, has over 25 years experience in the financial sector. He starts his professional career in BNB in 1983, and in 1996 becomes Branch Director of Bulbank’s branch in Pazardjik. From 2001 till 2004 he is Head of the Banking Network of UniCredit Leasing. After that he takes up the management of UniCredit Leasing. Upon the integration of UniCredit Leasing and HVB Hebros Leasing in Bulgaria, he becomes Chief Business Officer. Plamen Minev has graduated UNWE and speaks fluently English, German and Russian.
