Based on Decision of the General Shareholders’ Meeting of UniCredit Bulbank AD, held on 31.05.2011 payment of dividends for the reporting 2010 begins. To shareholders who are individuals the payment will take place in all branches of the Bank. To shareholders which are legal persons, the payment will take place on account, after submission of an order-letter by the shareholder addressed to UniCredit Bulbank.
