She started her career as trainee in Bank Austria in 1986

Friederike Kotz becomes member of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank replacing Dieter Hengl. This decision was taken at an extraordinary general meeting of the bank which took place yesterday. Friederike Kotz becomes member of the Audit Committee of UniCredit Bulbank, again replacing Hengl.

This change in the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank is determined by the nomination of Dieter Hengl for member of the Management Board of Bank Austria.

Since the beginning of 2011 Friederike Kotz has been Head of Risk Control for Central and Eastern Europe at Bank Austria. It is at Bank Austria that Kotz started her career as trainee in 1986.

Friederike Kotz has been holding different positions at different departments of Bank Austria – from credit analyst to Deputy Head of International Credit Control and then Deputy Head and Head of International Credit Management, CEE. In 2004 she became Head of Risk Steering and Quality Control CEE/SEE/CIS and from 2009 she is Head of Regional Industry Commercial Real Estate Austria and CEE.

Friederike Kotz has a Master’s Degree in Economics and has completed the Management Education Programme of Bank Austria.
