Bulbank opened the first in Bulgaria lending centre dedicated to mortgages and consumer loans.

The Lending Centre will offer broad range of products - mortgage and consumer credits, credit cards, overdraft. Trough the establishment of the Centre, Bulbank will significantly simplify and speed-up the lending process for its clients. Within 48 hours after the documents are filed, the Bank will come back to the client with a proposal and for not more than 5 working days the entire procedure will be finished and the client will have the needed amount in his account.

In addition to credits for construction, purchase or reconstruction of houses, the new Lending Centre will offer non-standard forms of financing together with construction companies and real estate agencies. In the cosy atmosphere of the new Centre the specialists of Bulbank will find individual solutions for each client.

The Centre will be in constant contact with big real estate agencies in Sofia, which will additionally decrease the time of processing the documents.
