Bulbank opened today the first retail lending centre in Stara Zagora, totally dedicated to mortgages and consumer loans to individuals. The Centre will be opened till 7.00 p.m. during business days and Saturdays before noon, which will allow more people to visit it at their convenience

The Lending Centre will offer broad range of products – mortgage and consumer credits, credit cards, overdraft. Trough the establishment of the Centre, Bulbank will significantly simplify and speed-up the lending process for its clients, providing a response 48 hours after the documents are filed. The entire procedure will take not more than 5 working days.

Lending centre clients will benefit from the promotional conditions for mortgages for the first three months following the opening. The mortgage schemes with fixed lower rates for the first five and ten years, 6.40% and 6.60% respectively as of the date of signing the mortgage, based on base interest rate of the Bank (BBIR). The interest level for the whole period, maximum of 25 years, will be 6.78% as of the date of the mortgage. In addition, the clients will pay no prepayment fee for advanced payment of their mortgages.
