Bulbank joined the Global Compact initiated by the UN Secretary General Coffi Anan in the year 2000.

The Compact aims at the building up of a more tolerant and fair global market place, based on the nine overall valid principles in the sphere of human rights, labor norms and environment.

The participation of Bulbank in the Global Compact falls into the context of the consistent social policy of the Bank and the UCI Group.
