The “Pioneer” funds remain the market leader with assets of BGN 126 million as of the middle of March

The banks from UniCredit Group in Bulgaria – Bulbank, HVB Bank Biochim and Hebros Bank – offer the sub-funds of the “Pioneer” funds with lower management and distribution fees. Most significant is the decrease in the sub-funds investing in instruments with fixed income. These funds are among the most preferred by the investors within the EU and the specialists from “Pioneer” in Bulgaria expect intensified interest as well in Bulgaria.

The management and distribution fee is on an annual basis and its amount is of great importance to the profitability which the long-term investors could realize. Therefore the lower fees for the “Pioneer” funds will present the investors with the opportunity to receive higher return on their investments.

The “Pioneer” funds are being offered in Bulgaria through the branch network of Bulbank, HVB Bank Biochim and Hebros Bank. As of the middle of March “Pioneer” have BGN 126 million worth of assets in Bulgaria and keep their leadership on the market (BGN 112.4 million from direct sales and BGN 13.6 million from structured deposit “Avangard”).

New lower management and distribution fees for types of “Pioneer” funds:

• Pacific (Ex. Japan) Equity - 1.80% tax

• U.S. Large Cap Growth - 1.80% tax

• U.S. Small Companies - 1.80% tax

• European Equity Opportunity - 1.65% tax

• Global Equity - 1.65% tax

• Japanese Equity - 1.65% tax

• U.S. Pioneer Fund - 1.50% tax

• Emerging Markets Bond - 1.35% tax

• U.S. High Yield Corporate Bond - 1.35% tax

• Total Return Dynamic - 1.25% tax

• Euro Corporate Bond - 1.20% tax

• Euro Bond - 1.05% tax

• International Bond - 1.05% tax

• Euro Short Term - 0.90% tax
