The new Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bulbank Alessandro Decio received a certificate from Bulgarian National Bank and officially takes the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. Alessandro Decio replaces Luigi Lovaglio who took the position of Vice President of Bank Pekao in Poland.

I look forward working with all colleagues in the Management Board together under the leadership of our Chairman Mr. Levon Hampartzoumian to strengthen Bulbank' leadership in terms of profitability, but also growth and quality of service to clients", Alessandro Decio explains.

Before joining Bulbank Alessandro Decio was Chief Operating Officer of Zagrebacka Banka, part of UniCredito.

Before that he was Director for Strategy, planning and control in UniCredito, responsible for the macroeconomic researches and analysis, mergers and acquisitions and also in charge of coordinating the programs for restructuring of New Europe Banks.

Mr. Alessandro Decio is a graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, Italy with Honours Degree in Economics from 1989. In 1992 Mr. Decio received MBA degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
