• UniCredit Bulbank opens two renovated branches in Plovdiv

Almost 10% annual increase in deposits from members of the public in Plovdiv region was reported by UniCredit Bulbank as of end October. According to the Bank’s data at the end of October the deposits of Plovdiv region residends totaled BGN 366.5 mio, which is with BGN 33 mio more compared to October 2009.

The Bank reported an increase although smaller one as regards mortgage loans, which totaled more than BGN 170 mio as of end October 2010 .

The information was officially presented today during the official opening of two renovated branches of UniCredit Bulbank in Plovdiv. Yesterday a renovated branch of the Bank was opened in Sofia too.

A big number of UCB’s loyal customers for whom the Bank has a special present commemorating its 10th anniversary in Bulgaria, are also in Plovdiv. All UCB’s customers – individuals, who in the course of three years had active relations with the Bank can choose their present from among some of the most popular products of the Bank. Corporate Banking

In 2010 the loans to corporate clients in Plovdiv Region increased with 9% up to BGN 400 mio. Despite the difficult economic situation the provisions for non-performing loans went down with almost 5%. The corporate clients’ deposits reached BGN 90 mio. The tendency of continuous increase in the number of corporate clients persisted in 2010. As of October they exceeded 1,000.
