Within a year the bank has increased the number of its ATMs across the country by 13%.

In the middle of the four holiday days UniCredit Bulbank will serve customers at 56 branches in 26 towns and cities in the country. On 8 September all branches of the bank that normally serve customers on Saturdays will be open.

During the holidays UniCredit Bulbank will check and where needed, it will replenish all its 644 ATMs countrywide. The bank has set up an organization ensuring that its ATMs have sufficient funds during the holidays, as more transactions than usual are expected.

Additional cash replenishments will be made where needed. The operation of the ATMs will be monitored and any potential technical problems will be resolved in due course.

UniCredit Bulbank reminds all its card holders that cash withdrawals with a debit card from ATMs of UniCredit are free of charge – in Bulgaria and abroad. On 644 ATMs periodic payments can be made to a growing number of merchants and companies for utility services such as the Heating Company, Water Supply Company, Power Supply Company, mobile operators etc.

Since 14 August 2012, customers can easily and free-of-charge, at any time of the day, subscribe their card for the service “Secure Online Payments” on ATMs of UniCredit Bulbank.

Out of security considerations, the bank advises its customers always to hide the keyboard of the ATM when entering the PIN code.
