Ivana Lonjak Dam joined UniCredit in 2004 as a Business Relationship Manager at Zagrebačka banka. In 2008, she moved to Risk Management.

Since 2013, she has held various international roles at UniCredit Bank Austria and UniCredit SpA in Milan, overseeing risk frameworks in Central and Eastern Europe. In April 2020, she was appointed to the position of Chief Risk Officer and member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank Hungary.

Since September 17, 2025, she has held the position of member of the Management Board responsible for Risk Management of Zagrebačka banka.
