Notice to Shareholders of CPR Invest – Hydrogen
The Board of Directors of the Company would like to inform you that the amendments relating to the change of some of the Sub-Fund's characteristics set out in the letter dated 2 July 2026, and in particular covering (i) the change of the Sub-Fund's name, (ii) the change of its benchmark index, (iii) changes in its investment objective, and (iv) the overhaul of its investment policy, will not take effect on the originally planned date of 3 August 2026. The Board of Directors will inform you of the new date when all of these changes will take effect through a subsequent notice. Therefore, please disregard the changes announced in the notice dated 2 July 2026 until you receive further communication from us.
