Announcement for upcoming changes in Tariff for Legal entities - 28.11.2026

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that as of 28.11.2026, UniCredit Bulbank AD is introducing a change in the Tariff for fees and commissions for legal entities and sole traders.

The change is related to the manner of determining the equivalence in another currency of fees and commissions determined in EUR and is reflected in item 2 of the Additional Provisions of the Tariff.

We would like to remind you that using the Bank's digital channels you can carry out your daily banking operations quickly, conveniently and at any time, while benefiting from lower fees compared to service in a branch.

By providing this notification, the Bank fulfils its obligation as a payment service provider, according to Art. 62 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act, to inform its clients with no less than two months' notice of upcoming changes in the terms of the framework contract. Should you not accept the changes to the Tariff and/or any of the above terms and conditions, you have the right to reject them and terminate the agreements to which the Tariff and/or the relevant terms and conditions are applicable before the changes take effect, without being liable for costs and indemnities. We will consider that you have accepted the changes to the Tariff and the General Terms and Conditions, unless you notify us that you do not accept these changes before the date on which they take effect.
