We would like to inform you that on 01.02.2021 changes in General terms and conditions by Unicredit Bulbank АD for opening, servicing and closing bank accounts of legal entities and sole proprietors and for providing payment services will take effect.
Main changes concerns SECTION ІІІ. OPENING OF BANK ACCOUNTS. PERFORMING CLIENT IDENTIFICATION. IDENTIFICATION OF THE BENEFICIAL OWNERS OF A CLIENT. CLOSING BANK ACCOUNTS, SECTION XV. PREVENTION AND CONTROL and SECTION XVII: SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS, as follow:
