Announcement for upcoming changes in Tariff for Individual clients - 20.08.2026

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that as of 20.08.2026, UniCredit Bulbank is introducing changes to the Bank's Tariff for fees and commissions for individuals, regarding the expansion of the scope of opportunities for making instant payments to banks in the SEPA zone, both within the European Economic Area (EEA) and outside the EEA, if the respective bank implements such.

What do some of the changes include:

• Instant execution and receipt of payments, with execution in seconds;
• Uninterrupted access at any time - 24/7;
• The new service will be at the same price as a standard transfer in euros within the EEA and outside the EEA.

By providing this notification, the Bank fulfills its obligation as a payment service provider, pursuant to Art. 62 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act, to inform its customers with no less than two months’ notice of upcoming changes to the terms of the framework agreement. In case you do not accept the changes to the Tariff and/or any of the above-mentioned general terms and conditions, you have the right to reject them and terminate the agreements to which the Tariff and/or the relevant general terms and conditions are applicable before the changes enter into force, without being liable for any costs or compensation. We will consider that you have accepted the changes to the Tariff and the general terms and conditions, unless you notify us that you do not accept these changes before the date on which they enter into force.
