Announcement for upcoming changes in GTC for BBM & BBO - from 11.08.2026
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that, as of 11.08.2026, UniCredit Bulbank AD is introducing changes to the following document:
- General Terms and Conditions for the provision of the electronic banking services “Bulbank Online” (BBO) and “Bulbank Mobile”(BBM).
What is important to know regarding the amendments:
- Consolidation of the General Terms and Conditions of BBM and BBO with the P2P service (SECTION IVA. TRANSFER BY MOBILE NUMBER VIA THE “BULBANK MOBILE” SERVICE)
- Introduction of a new functionality: Co-apping / Real-time assistance.(SECTION IVB. REAL-TIME ASSISTANCE (CO-APPING SESSIONS))
- Introduction of a new section related to service security – section “Security” (SECTION VIII. SERVICE SECURITY, UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS AND LIABILITY ALLOCATION)
For additional information, you may contact your servicing bank representative or the UniCredit Bulbank AD Customer Contact Center at 0700 184 84.
By providing this notification, the Bank fulfills its obligation as a payment service provider under Article 62 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act, to inform its customers at least two months in advance of forthcoming changes to the framework agreement.
If you do not accept the changes to the above General Terms and Conditions, you have the right to reject them and terminate the agreements to which the respective General Terms and Conditions apply before the changes take effect, without incurring any costs or penalties. You will be deemed to have accepted the changes to the General Terms and Conditions unless you notify us that you do not accept these changes before the date on which they enter into force.
