Notification for upcoming changes in the Tariff for fees and commissions for Individuals – in force of 18.08.2025

Dear customers,

We inform you that UniCredit Bulbank AD introduces that followings changes in the Tariff for fees and commissions of UniCredit Bulbank for Individuals (the Tariff), as follows:

• A new note has been introduced in section “Accounts” regarding a change to the terms for maintaining a current account, opened for a minor after the minor reaches the age of 18 - the account will continue to be serviced and used under the pricing and other terms of plan “Plus”.

With the present notification, the Bank fulfills its obligation, according to Art. 62 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act and informs the payment services users hat it reckons they have accepted the changes in the conditions of the Tariff, unless they notify the Bank that they do not accept these changes before the date of entry into force of the changes. Provided that the payment service users does not accept the changes, the users have the right to reject them and terminate the Framework agreement to which the above Tariff is applicable, including account agreements, before the date on which are proposed of entry into force of the changes, without being responsible for costs and compensation.
