Notification of changes in the General Terms and Conditions for Servicing Payments with Payment and Prepaid Cards at a POS Terminal Device – in force of 27.08.2025

Dear Clients,

We hereby notify you that, effective from 27.08.2025, UniCredit Bulbank AD introduces the following changes to its General Terms and Conditions for servicing payments with payment and prepaid cards on a POS terminal device:

  • Elimination of the possibility of performing an “Installment purchase” transaction – a transaction where a counterparty of the Client – an authorized user of a payment card issued by the Bank makes an installment purchase by rescheduling the monthly installments at a POS terminal device with the Client, which is provided/serviced by the Bank.
  • Removal of texts related to “Installment purchase” transaction in Section I, item 1 "Definitions" and item 2 "General Provisions": items 2.9 and 2.10, with items 2.11, 2.12 and 2.13 becoming items 2.9, 2.10 and 2.11, respectively.

The changed General Terms and Conditions for servicing payments with payment and prepaid cards on a POS terminal device are available in the Bank's business premises and on its website.

For additional information, you can contact your servicing employee at UniCredit Bulbank AD or the Customer Contact Center of UniCredit Bulbank AD at tel.: 0700 184 84.

With this notification, the Bank informs payment service users that it considers they have accepted the changes in the above-mentioned General Terms and Conditions unless they notify the Bank that they do not accept these changes before the date on which the changes take effect. In case a payment service user does not accept the changes, they have the right to reject them and terminate the agreements to which the above-mentioned General Terms and Conditions apply, including the POS terminal device contracts, before the changes take effect, without bearing responsibility for costs and compensation.
