Notification of forthcoming changes in General Terms and Conditions of UniCredit Bulbank AD for granting loans to business entities - in force as of 01.01.2026

We would like to inform you that on January 01, 2026 a change in the General Terms and Conditions of UniCredit Bulbank AD for granting loans to business entities.
The changes are related to the introduction of the Euro as the official currency in the Republic of Bulgaria, as follows:
- Amendments to Section III (Interest, fees and commissions) of the General Terms and Conditions of UniCredit Bulbank AD for granting loans to business entities.
