Announcement for upcoming changes in Interest Rate Bulletin for Individuals, in force from 01.04.2026
Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that, as of 01.04.2026, changes will come in force in the Interest Rate Bulletin for Individuals in connection with the introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Bulgaria.

By providing this notification, the Bank fulfills its obligation as a payment service provider pursuant to Art. 62 of the Payment Services Act to inform its clients as payment service users with two months’ notice of upcoming changes to the terms and conditions of the framework contract concluded between them.
The Bank hereby informs the payment service users that it considers that they have accepted the changes to the terms and conditions of the framework contract, unless they notify the Bank that they do not accept these changes before the date on which the changes enter into force. In case payment service users do not accept the changes, the Bank informs that they have the right to immediately terminate the framework contract and its accompanying contracts before the date on which the proposed changes will enter into force, without being liable for costs and compensation.
