UniCredit Bulbank supports the Award Ceremony for the graduates of the Fourth Leadership Academy.

The project started at the beginning of 2014 as a free-of-charge training leadership programme consisting of six one-day modules. It is oriented towards the personal and professional growth of young women on middle management level.

Participants in the Second Leadership Academy are women representing small and medium-sized business and women with more than three years of experience at a management position. They were selected by the Council of Women in Business among serious competitors.

The host of the event is Ms. Tsvetanka Mintcheva, Director of Retail Banking at UniCredit Bulbank.

Ms. Yordanka Fandakova, Mayor of Sofia, is an official guest at the ceremony.
