The Director of Retail Banking Division Tsvetanka Mintcheva took part in the fifth ESAs Consumer Protection Day 2017 Conference. Mrs. Mintcheva joined the panel Retail conduct supervision – the experience from CEE as a special lecturer.

The purpose of the event is to gather leaders of organizations of consumers and investors, industry, national regulators, EU institutions as well as the academia and other key market participants from all over Europe to discuss issues related to the protection of consumers and investors and the financial innovations.
