The first module of the ‘Leadership Academy’ fourth edition organized by the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria will take place on the 19th and 20th of September.

The Leadership Academy is a free training program for ladies who own small and medium-sized enterprises or hold middle management positions. It consists of six one-day modules. The application process continued until mid-April and included a CV and a cover letter.

The trainings take place from September 2017 until March 2018 through several one-day sessions, dedicated to the development of personal and professional skills (‘Soft skills’) of the participants in the workplace.

These sessions are conducted by professional coaches of UniCredit Bulbank and are aimed at discovering one's strong and weak sides through emotional intelligence, giving and receiving feedback, the role and management of differences within the company, etc.

UniCredit Bulbank’s support for the project is part of the initiative of the bank to support ladies in business.
