Official presentation of the travel book ‘Western Rhodopes’

For a fourth consecutive year the embassy of the Order of Malta organizes a creative vacation for children and youths from various backgrounds and social statuses from different parts of Bulgaria. 

During the summer of 2016, 12 children from Family-type Accommodation Centre - Samokov, 8 from Family-type Accommodation Centre - Chirpan, 9 from the country and Garmen Municipality, 5 volunteers and 6 mentors travelled and explored the cultural and artistic heritage hidden and guarded between the foot and the peaks of the Western Rhodope mountains. 

Their impressions of this adventure are collected in the creative travel book ‘Western Rhodopes’, which will be presented in UniCredit Bulbank International Center.

UniCredit Bulbank is a main partner of the initiative which brings ambassadors, members of the business elite and partners from the Order of Malta together.
